►The Road and You Together is a private driving school. If you are taking any of the offered classes for insurance, point reduction purpose or by court order it is your responsibility to check with the proper authorities as to their acceptance of our diploma

►The Road and You Together Driving School makes no promises for successful completion of the DMV Written and Road tests. The time needed for developing good driving skills varies from person to person and is contingent upon study and practice

►The Road and You Together Driving School reserves the right to cancel classes due to weather conditions or other extraneous circumstances

►For any missed driving instruction without prior notice (at least by 9am on the day of the class) there will be a $15 makeup fee.

► The Road and You Together Driving School has a commitment to our community to produce safe and knowledgeable drivers. We reserve the right not to issue diplomas to students not completing the requirements for the class being taken or have performed poorly. The minimum requirement for a diploma is 6 Hours of Behind the Wheel Instruction

►Students have six months to complete any driving or classroom course for the offered price. After six months there is a $15 reinstatement fee and/or price increase if applicable. No refunds after the second lesson or after six months.

►A driving/classroom session includes 50 minutes of instruction a 5 minute break and 5 minute consultation
